Q: What is a Sugarbash Faves and Raves box? 

A: Sugarbash Faves and Raves Box is a lifestyle subscription box service that is delivered every quarter (total of 4 times a year). Each box costs $75 and holds a total value of over $150! The Faves and Raves membership is a worry-free way to discover and try new products without the high investment. 

Q.  Are products/brands sneak previewed guaranteed.

A.  No, due to vendor availability/issues, which is out of our control, we cannot ensure spoiled brands and products.  Replacement brands will be included.


Q: What kind of products come in the Sugarbash box? 

A: You can expect 6-7 high-quality FULL-SIZE products in every box that range from various categories such as: home, health, beauty, fitness, entertainment, food, and technology. Each product is carefully chosen by our team so we can introduce high-quality products to our members.


Q: I have sensitive skin/allergies. Can I opt out of certain products? 

A: We are sensitive to your skin and allergy issues, however, at this time we are unable to substitute another product. We know you’ll find that the box supersedes your expectations and that you’ll still find great value in the Faves and Raves box, even if you end up re-gifting a product or two. =)


Q: If I want to reorder a product that I fell in love with, how would I go about doing that? 

A: Most of our partners offer discount codes in each box. Use the discount codes at the websites mentioned on the in-box brochure for additional savings.

Subscription Questions:


Q: How much does the Sugarbash Faves and Raves subscription box cost? 

A: Just $75 every quarter. Each box delivers a total product value of at least $150 per box!


Q: How frequently will I receive my Sugarbash box? 

A: You will receive your Faves and Raves subscription box December, March, June and September.


Q: How do I join? 

A: Joining is easy! Go to the Waitlist Tab on the top nav and sign up. Once you receive your invitation code, you can redeem for a quarterly subscription.


Q: When does the Faves and Raves box ship? 

A: You will receive your Faves and Raves subscription box the 15th of every quarter (December, March, June, September)


Q: Can someone have more than 1 membership, shipping to separate addresses? 

A: Yes, you can have more than 1 membership. You can add a second shipping address and assign it to the second membership under your account settings section. You must be logged in to your account to make these changes. 


Q: Can I skip a month? 

A: No. You can cancel anytime and re-subscribe at the current membership price. The system will automatically cancel your subscription if you skip under the quarterly subscription plan. A refund will be issued if the box hasn't shipped.


VIP subscriptions are non-refundable. You will receive all boxes prepaid under the VIP subscription.


Q. What if I cancel before my box is shipped?

A: The system will automatically issue a refund for all canceled shipments under the quarterly subscription plan.

Q: Can I put my membership on hold? 

A: Unfortunately, you can’t put it on hold, however, you are welcome to cancel anytime and re-subscribe at the current membership price when ready.


Q: I have allergies, how is that considered in my membership?

We know you’ll find that the box supersedes your expectations and that you’ll still find great value in the Faves and Raves box, even if you end up re-gifting a product or two. =)


Q: What is your return policy? 

A: It is very important to us that you are happy with your subscription. Unfortunately, once a box has been delivered we are unable to offer a refund of any kind. Please see Shipping Questions section of this FAQ for further details.

Shipping Questions:

Q: How do I update my shipping address? 

A: 

1) Go to Sugarbash.com

2) Click “Log-in” on the upper right hand side of the page

3) Enter your email address and password

4) Click “Edit” under “Shipping Address” 

5) Click “Edit” under the address you want to change 

6) Update the appropriate details 

7) Click “Save”


Q: How much do I pay in shipping? 

A: Shipping is included with your quarterly membership. 


Q: Do you ship outside the United States? 

A: No, at this time, we only ship to the contiguous US. 


Q: What are my shipping options? 

A: In order to keep costs down, Sugarbash will decide which shipping method is best for each delivery address. 


Q: Do you ship to a PO Box? 

A: Depends on the carrier we will be using. Email us at info@sugarbash.com to make sure we can ship to your PO BOX.


Q: How do I track my order? 

A: There are 2 ways:

1) You will be sent a tracking number as soon as your package ships. 

2) You can log-in to your Sugarbash account and see it listed in the top line of the “Your Subscription(s)” section. 


Q: How long does delivery take after I get my tracking number confirmation? 

A. It takes 5-10 days depending on how far you live from our fulfillment center (which is located in Illinois).


Q: My box shows delivered, but I can’t find it, what do I do? 

A: In the case of your tracking information shows delivered to the correct address, you will need to file a claim with the carrier. We are not responsible for boxes delivered to the correct address.


Q: Something in my box is broken, what should I do? 

A: Once delivered any missing, damaged, lost, defective, or wrong/incorrect item(s) must be reported within 5 days of your delivery date. Please email us at info@sugarbash.com and a customer rep will assist you with filing a claim and/or getting your items replaced, evidence must be presented with your claim.


Q: What if I didn’t receive my box, what should I do? 

A: In case your box does not arrive, please email us at info@sugarbash.com within two weeks of receiving your tracking information. We will investigate. We are not responsible for boxes shipped to the incorrect addresses, or lost or stolen in transit. 


Q: Something in my box is missing, what should I do? 

A: We implemented a new QA process to ensure everything is your box. If an item is missing, you must notify us within 5 days. We are sold out of boxes and do not have extra inventory. Once a claim form is completed and approved you will receive $5 off your next box. Only one $5 credit per box.

Billing Questions:

Q: When will I be billed? 

A: Your initial order will be billed at the time you place your order. 

After your initial order: You will be billed on the 11th of the month prior to your box delivery. i.e. February 11th for the March box, May 11th for the June box, etc.  Your membership will automatically renew every quarter until your membership is canceled.


Q: What is your cancellation policy? 

A: 

1) Cancelation MUST be made before the 11th of the prior month (i.e cancel February’s box before January 11th, cancel April’s box prior to March 11th) otherwise you will be charged for the following month’s box. 


Q: How can I cancel my subscription? 

A: After receipt of your first month’s box, canceling a membership is easy, 

1) Go to Sugarbash.com

2) Click “Log-in” on the upper right hand side of the page

3) Enter your email address and password

4) Click “Edit” under “Shipping Address” 

5) Click “Cancel Subscription”


Q: How do I update my credit card information?

A:

1) Go to Sugarbash.com

4) Click “Edit” under “Credit Card” 

5) Change the necessary information on the form. 

6) Click “Save”

5) Enter your new email address and click "save"


Q: How do I update my shipping address?

A:
